1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, accessing, or placing an order on Unik Systems (uniksystem.in), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions along with our Refund and Privacy Policies. If you are ordering on behalf of an institution or business entity, you warrant that you hold the legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Pricing, Invoicing & GST
All listed prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Unless explicitly indicated as “Inc. GST”, applicable GST (typically 18% for electronic components, microcontrollers, and PC hardware) is calculated at checkout according to the Government of India tax schedules. A GST tax invoice with our GSTIN will be issued upon dispatch.
3. Product Specifications & Maker Guidance
Unik Systems provides engineering pinouts, connection matrices, and wiring guides as technical educational assistance. Because hardware prototyping involves high-current batteries, inductive motors, and static-sensitive chips, buyers are responsible for verifying operating voltages, power supply limits, and polarity before applying current.
4. Order Cancellation & Modifications
Orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to warehouse dispatch by contacting our WhatsApp support. Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner and an AWB generated, standard return procedures apply upon delivery.
5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to our products or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
