Return policy
- Defective on arrival — pickup arranged within 24 hours, full refund or replacement.
- Buyer's remorse — return unboxed within 7 days at your shipping cost.
- PC parts in sealed retail packaging are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Custom-cut cables, branded merchandise, and consumables are non-returnable.
Shipping policy
- Free shipping on every order, no minimum.
- Standard ETA: 2–3 days metro, 4–6 days non-metro, up to 8 days for remote pincodes.
- Pick a preferred slot at checkout — morning / afternoon / evening / any time.
- AWB sent by SMS, WhatsApp (if opted-in), and email.
Warranty policy
- Sensors, dev boards, and small electronics: 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Tools, 3D printers, soldering stations: 12-month limited warranty via brand service centres.
- PC parts: manufacturer warranty pass-through (typically 3 years on GPUs / SSDs, 5 years on RAM).
- Warranty does not cover misuse, short-circuits, or modifications.
