Every order shows up on your /orders page with a step-by-step timeline — PO, invoice, fabrication, dispatch (with Porter tracking ID), install, and payment. You'll get email + SMS pings on each milestone.
Do you offer GST invoices?+
Yes. Add your GSTIN to your account and every invoice will include it automatically. Individual buyers get a normal invoice with GST itemised.
Can my company use NET-30 terms?+
Yes — once your company is verified (PAN, GSTIN, certificate of incorporation). Sign in and request company terms from your dashboard.
Can I bargain on bulk orders?+
Yes. SCM teams with verified company accounts can submit a bargain request on lots ≥ 50. We respond within 24 hours.
What if a sensor arrives DOA?+
We replace within 7 days, free pickup. Just open a ticket and attach a quick video — keeps the process fast.
Do you fabricate logos in metal / 3D / acrylic?+
Yes. Choose from ACP, backlit acrylic, stainless steel 3D, and LED channel letters. The /service page gives you a live quote.
Shipping
We dispatch in-stock items within 48 hours. Carriers: Porter (intra-city), Bluedart / DTDC (inter-city). Free shipping on orders ≥ ₹2,000. Orders below that have a flat ₹99 fee.
Returns
7-day window for unboxed defects. Wrong-wired or short-circuited parts are not covered. Tools and 3D printers carry brand warranty.
